Newman Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge in Yuma, Arizona.

Davidoff describes Metropolitan as a classic collection whose blends were first created more than 25 years ago and are maintained year after year. Metropolitan Connecticut pairs a Dominican core with a Connecticut wrapper for what Davidoff calls a balanced, mellow flavor. Ferio Tego, formed by former Nat Sherman executives Michael Herklots and Brendon Scott, kept the Metropolitan blends and packaging without the Nat Sherman name, halfwheel reports. Davidoff of Geneva USA distributes it in the United States.

Other Metropolitan Connecticut sizes we carry: Union, University, Explorer, Metropolitan and Banker.

Size: 6 x 60

Shape: Gordo

Wrapper: Connecticut

Filler: Dominican

Tobacco: Dominican Republic and United States (Davidoff)

Strength: Intensity 2 of 5, body 3 of 5 (maker's rating)

Packaging: Single, 5-pack or box of 18

Tasting notes

Davidoff, which distributes Ferio Tego in the U.S., lists cedar wood and cream for the Gordo and times it at 60 to 70 minutes.

Ferio Tego Metropolitan Connecticut Gordo FAQ

How strong is the Ferio Tego Metropolitan Connecticut Gordo? Davidoff rates its intensity 2 and its body 3 on a scale of 5.

What size is the Ferio Tego Metropolitan Connecticut Gordo? 6 inches long with a 60 ring gauge; boxes hold 18.

Is Ferio Tego Metropolitan the old Nat Sherman Metropolitan? Yes. halfwheel reports that Ferio Tego bought the rights to Nat Sherman International's cigars and kept the Metropolitan blends and packaging without the Nat Sherman name.

Where can I buy the Ferio Tego Metropolitan Connecticut Gordo in Yuma, Arizona? At Sun of a Gun Cigars & Spirits, 1651 S Arizona Ave in Yuma, or right here online.

More Ferio Tego · Newest arrivals in stock · Every brand we carry, A to Z

Every order ships with a Boveda humidity pack.
