It is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, rested in used ex-bourbon American white oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe process is traditional: the agave is cooked in masonry ovens and crushed by tahona, fermented open-air in wooden tanks, then double-distilled in copper pot stills. Cooked agave, vanilla, citrus peel and light oak lead the nose.
