The 100% blue agave is estate-grown at about 7,200 feet in the highlands of Jalisco, and the tequila is bottled at 40% ABV.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe agave is steam-baked for 36 hours and double distilled in stainless steel pot stills. Each bottle is hand-numbered and presented in a wooden gift box. Agave, oak, ripe fruit, vanilla, spice and honey make up the nose.
