Rare Whiskey, Scotch & Wine
Rare whiskey in Yuma, Arizona, from a 300-bottle spirits menu — more than 170 of them whiskey, 66 of those Scotch. Not a list padded with well bottles — a cellar built over years of standing orders, allocation relationships and buying the rare bottle when it appears rather than when it is convenient. See every pour and bottle price on our whiskey, bourbon and spirits menu, and our handcrafted cocktails on the craft cocktail menu.
What sits on the back bar
Single malt Scotch
Glenfiddich 26 Year and 30 Year, Macallan 18 Sherry Oak, Macallan Time Space, Glenfarclas 25 and Dalmore King Alexander III. Deep shelves of Speyside and Islay, cask-strength and single-barrel releases as they land. Ask what has come in — allocated bottles rarely make it onto a printed menu.
Irish whiskey
Bushmills 10, 12, 16, 21 and 25 Year and Redbreast 12 and 15, poured by the glass.
Bourbon, rye and allocated American whiskey
Blanton's, E.H. Taylor, Eagle Rare, Stagg Jr and Whistlepig 12 Old World. Allocated releases arrive in single-bottle quantities and are poured, not hoarded. If you are chasing something specific, tell us and we will watch for it.
Wine
A curated list built to sit beside a cigar rather than compete with it — bold reds, fortified pours and bottles worth opening for an occasion. See the wine menu.
Pairing in the lounge
The point of keeping a cellar like this next to a walk-in humidor is what happens when you use them together. An Opus X with a cask-strength Speyside. A Padrón 1964 Maduro with an aged rum. A Hemingway Short Story with the Bushmills 16. Our staff will build the pairing if you tell them what you like.
Private events and bottle service
Reserve the lounge for a private event, or ask about keeping a bottle on the shelf with your name on it.
