At Sun of a Gun Cigars, every order is handled with care from our humidor to your door. We carefully prepare and package your purchase to help ensure your cigars arrive in excellent condition and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Rates

FREE U.S. SHIPPING on orders of $125 or more.
Orders under $125 are subject to a flat $9.99 shipping fee.

Puerto Rico is included in our nationwide shipping at the same rates: free on orders of $125 or more, and a flat $9.99 on orders under $125. At checkout, select Puerto Rico in the State field.

Available shipping options and any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

APO shipping may be available by special request. Please contact us by email or phone before placing your order so our team can assist you.

Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (24–48 hours), excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during holidays, special releases, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment and estimated delivery date.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Adult Signature & Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco products from Sun of a Gun Cigars.

Due to legal and regulatory requirements, we may verify your age before processing your order.

All tobacco orders require a signature from an adult recipient age 21 or older upon delivery. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required.

Sun of a Gun Cigars reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if required age verification cannot be successfully completed.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship only to destinations where the sale and shipment of the products ordered are legally permitted.

Certain states, cities, counties, or other jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit the shipment of tobacco products. Orders that cannot legally be fulfilled may be canceled and refunded.

Customers are responsible for understanding any laws or restrictions applicable to receiving tobacco products in their jurisdiction.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your name, shipping address, and contact information before submitting your order.

Sun of a Gun Cigars is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you before the order is processed or shipped.

Delivery & Package Responsibility

Sun of a Gun Cigars takes responsibility for your shipment while it is in transit until the shipping carrier confirms delivery.

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Because tobacco shipments require an adult signature, please ensure that someone age 21 or older is available to receive and sign for your package.
