Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon
Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon is a California Cabernet Sauvignon created by Chuck Wagner of Caymus Vineyards. The Wagner family began making Bonanza in 2019, and each release carries a lot number in place of a vintage date. The fruit comes from vineyard sites around the state that the winery says can produce good Cabernet but are often overlooked.
The winery describes Bonanza as a wine for the simple pleasures of day-to-day life, enjoyable over a meal, with flavors of luscious fruit and dark chocolate and silky tannins. Bonanza is part of the Wagner Family of Wine, alongside Caymus, Conundrum and Sea Sun.
