Bulleit Bonded Bourbon is a Bottled-in-Bond bourbon from Bulleit Distilling Co. in Shelbyville, Kentucky, made with the classic Bulleit high-rye mash bill and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). As the Bottled-in-Bond rules require, it is aged in a federally bonded barrelhouse.

Bulleit's first Bottled-in-Bond release came from the Spring 2017 distillation season, and a second release followed in April 2026. The producer offers a single, compact tasting line for the whiskey: vanilla spice and brown sugar, carried on a smooth and creamy texture.
