Bulleit Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon from The Bulleit Distilling Co., built on an exceptionally high rye content for a bourbon, alongside corn and barley malt. It is made with Kentucky limestone-filtered water and special yeast strains, aged in charred American oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV).

Founder Tom Bulleit drew on a family recipe of his great-great-grandfather, Augustus Bulleit. The nose is gently spiced over sweet oak; maple, oak and nutmeg follow on the palate, and the finish is long, dry and satiny, with light toffee.
