Codorníu Ars Collecta Blanc de Blancs Reserva Cava is a Reserva Cava from Codorníu, the Sant Sadurní d'Anoia house where Josep Raventós made the first bottle of cava in 1872. The blend is led by Chardonnay from Costers del Segre, with Xarel·lo from the central plain of Penedès and Parellada from high-altitude vineyards in Pla de Manlleu. A small share of the must is fermented in French foudre.

Codorníu describes a warm yellow colour with golden highlights and fine bubbles, delicate notes of toast with peach and nectarine over a background of brioche and nuts on the nose, and a palate that is broad, complex, balanced and creamy.
