Decoy California Cabernet Sauvignon is a California Cabernet Sauvignon from Decoy, the label established more than 30 years ago by vintners Dan and Margaret Duckhorn. The wine carries a California appellation and was first made in the 2008 vintage. The current 2023 release was aged 18 months in French oak, 40% of it new.

For the 2023 vintage, the winery describes aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, baking spice, cola and subtle toasty oak. The palate offers dark, juicy blackberry with silky tannins, medium oak structure and bright acidity, carried by a smooth, creamy texture to a long, balanced finish.
