Flor de Caña 18 Year Rum is a single estate rum from Chichigalpa, Nicaragua, aged 18 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 40% ABV.

It matures at the base of an active volcano on the family estate, which dates to 1890. The producer states no added sugar and no additives, and the rum is Carbon Neutral certified. Nuts and caramel open the nose; the palate brings intense vanilla, spice and oak, and the finish is oaky and very smooth.
