Green River Full Proof Bourbon takes the same rye-forward Kentucky straight bourbon as the flagship Green River and bottles it uncut at full strength, 117.3 proof (58.65% ABV). It is made by Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky.

The mash bill is 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley, and the distillery, operating under permit DSP-KY-10, traces its history to 1885. Cinnamon, dried cherry and light leather rise from the glass, followed by warming spice, vanilla, caramel and a note of chocolate-coated peppermint. The finish is rich and lingering.
