Heaven Hill 7 Year Bonded Bourbon

Heaven Hill 7 Year Bonded Bourbon is a Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky bourbon from Heaven Hill Distillery, aged seven years and bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% ABV).

It pays tribute to the distillery's first Bottled-in-Bond release of 1939, and its seven years in wood run three years past the four-year minimum set by the Bottled-in-Bond Act. The label records production at DSP-KY-1, the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, with bottling at DSP-KY-31 in Bardstown. Vanilla, honey and rich caramel fill the nose; caramel and honey return on the palate with subtle rye spice, oak and char, before a long, warm finish.
