La Gloria Cubana Los Gloriosos Gigante is the 6 x 60 in the line that reunited La Gloria Cubana with Ernesto Perez-Carrillo, made at his Casa Carrillo factory in the Dominican Republic. An Ecuadorian Habano wrapper covers a Nicaraguan binder and fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The maker describes a rich, fuller-bodied blend of leather, espresso, spice and cocoa with an earthy finish.
The Gigante gives that blend a wide, cool draw for a long evening in the lounge, and it sits well beside a bourbon or an aged rum from the Sun of a Gun bar. Offered by the single, the five-pack or the box of 20.
