Luxardo Sambuca Cesari is a sambuca, the Italian anise liqueur, made by Luxardo in Torreglia, Padua. It is produced to the original Luxardo family recipe, which the company continues to follow.

Its composition is concise. Star anise sits at the center, supported by herbs and spices and by sugar, and the whole is brought together with volcanic spring water drawn from Luxardo's own springs.
