M. Chapoutier Belleruche Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc is a white Côtes-du-Rhône from M. Chapoutier, blended from Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette and Bourboulenc. Belleruche translates to "beautiful beehive", a name inspired by the bees and hives in the house's vineyards. The grapes are harvested at night, fermented at low temperature in stainless steel vats and aged five months on the fine lees.

The house describes a bright golden yellow color and an intense, expressive nose of apricot, fennel and floral scents such as iris. The palate is complex and elegant, its roundness matched by freshness, and the finish reveals subtle notes of aniseed.
