Maker's Mark Bourbon is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon whisky, distilled at Star Hill Farm in Loretto, Kentucky, and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). It carries no age statement.

In place of rye, the recipe relies on soft red winter wheat, which gives the whisky its softer, sweeter style. Sweet oak and vanilla lead the nose with bright fruit and a note of wheat. The palate stays sweet, with oak, vanilla and fruit in balance, and the finish is smooth and creamy, with soft spice and a clean close.
