Midori Melon is a melon liqueur from Suntory, bottled at 20% ABV (40 proof). It was released in the United States in 1978 and was originally named Hermes Melon Liqueur.

The fruit is Japanese musk and Yubari melon, sourced only from Japan. The melon pulp becomes both a Yubari infusion and a distillate, so the fruit shapes the liqueur twice over. The nose shows candied honeydew, ripe cantaloupe and green apple skin, while the palate is sweet and syrupy with ripe honeydew. The finish is of medium length, with candy-sweet melon.
