Penelope Barrel Strength Bourbon is a four-grain straight bourbon aged four to six years, blended from three straight bourbon mash bills distilled in Indiana. It is bottled at barrel strength, which varies from batch to batch.

Completely uncut and non-chill filtered, it draws on hand-selected new American oak barrels, and its combined grain recipe comes to 82% corn, 8% wheat, 7% rye and 3% malted barley. Pecan, dried apricot and vanilla lead the nose. The palate layers caramel and toffee with leather, pecan and orange zest, and the finish brings white pepper, cinnamon and brown sugar with caramel that lingers.
