Penelope Four Grain Bourbon is a four-year-old straight bourbon blended from three bourbon mash bills that together use four grains: 75% corn, 15% wheat, 7% rye and 3% malted barley. It is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

The brand is named after the founder's daughter, Penelope, then a newborn. Hand-selected barrels are married into a single batch and bottled without chill filtering. Corn sweetness, caramel and light oak meet syrup and a savory edge on the nose. The palate offers fruit, syrup and candied sweetness with savory vanilla, berry and citrus, and the finish recalls buttercream icing and cornbread, with vanilla spice that lingers.
