Robert Hall Artisan Collection Merlot
Robert Hall Artisan Collection Merlot is a Paso Robles Merlot from Robert Hall Winery, part of the winery's Artisan Collection. Robert Hall opened the winery in 1999 on an estate with a 19,000-square-foot barrel cave. Winemaking is led by Amanda Gorter, and the estate vineyards are farmed with a commitment to regenerative practices.
For the 2022 vintage, the winery describes aromas of ripe black cherry, dried herbs and baking spice. The palate is smooth, with raspberry and rich dark fruit supported by chocolate and oak undertones. It is full-bodied, with fine-grained tannins on the finish.
