Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky

Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky is a blended Japanese whisky built on three key components: lightly peated malt from Hakushu, heavy grain whisky from Chita and Spanish oak cask malt from Yamazaki. It is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).

Suntory describes Toki as a blend where old meets new Japan, presented in a sleek rectangular bottle with an off-center label. Basil, green apple and honey lead the nose. Grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint and thyme shape the palate, and the finish is subtly sweet and spicy, with vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger.
