The Tabernacle Corona is the 5 1/4 x 46 of Foundation Cigar Co.'s Broadleaf flagship. An oily Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper wraps a Mexican San Andrés binder and fillers from Estelí, Jalapa and Jamastran, rolled in Nicaragua. The slimmer ring puts the wrapper forward: full-bodied yet creamy, with nuts, espresso and chocolate.
A focused hour with the Broadleaf leaf, well matched at Sun of a Gun to a rye or a short, strong espresso. Offered by the single, the five-pack or the box of 24.
