Tito's Vodka is distilled from corn in old-fashioned pot stills and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). It is distilled and bottled in Austin, Texas, at the Mockingbird Distillery in rural Southeast Austin, and it is certified gluten-free.

Founder Tito Beveridge obtained permits in 1995 for Texas' first legal operating distillery, and the first case was sold in 1997.

The nose is faint, with light notes of corn and a dusty edge. The palate is soft, light-bodied and neutral, and the finish turns peppery.
