Wild Turkey Straight 101 Bourbon is a high-rye Kentucky straight bourbon from Wild Turkey Distilling Co. in Lawrenceburg, bottled at 101 proof. It matures in American white oak barrels given the No. 4 'alligator' char, the deepest level of charring.

Master Distiller Jimmy Russell has been crafting it for more than 60 years. Vanilla, cinnamon and oak rise on the nose; the palate builds through sweet vanilla, caramel, oak and baking spice, and the finish leaves bold spice with a twist of orange peel.
