Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon is a twice-barreled Kentucky straight bourbon from the Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, bottled at 90.4 proof. After maturing in charred new oak, it is finished in a second, separate new oak barrel that is deeply toasted before a light charring.

In the glass, dark fruit, caramel, honey, chocolate and marzipan gather over toasted oak. Vanilla and dark caramel carry the palate, joined by hazelnut, apple and spice, and the finish is long and creamy, with a note of honeyed apple.
