Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch

Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch is a straight bourbon from Wyoming Whiskey, aged a minimum of five years in newly charred oak barrels and bottled at 88 proof. Those years pass through the climate extremes of Wyoming's Big Horn Basin.

Non-GMO grain comes from local farmland in Byron, Wyoming, and the water from a limestone aquifer about 50 miles from the distillery. The nose is floral, with vanilla bean and caramel pudding; brown baking spice, browned butter, vanilla crème, caramel and cinnamon follow, leading to a medium finish of toffee, spice and vanilla.
