Nub is the short, thick cigar Sam Leccia and Oliva launched in 2008 to isolate a cigar's sweet spot, the section Cigar Aficionado describes as the most flavorful and balanced, which on an average cigar falls around 3½ to 4 inches in. When Nub launched, Cigar Aficionado reported that no Nub would be longer than four inches. We carry the 460, four inches long at a 60 ring, in seven blends. The Connecticut, Habano, Maduro and Cameroon are made by Oliva in Nicaragua, and Cigar Aficionado scored the Cameroon 460 90 points in 2012 and the Connecticut 460 89 in 2013.
