Our spirits list runs to about 300 bottles, more than 170 of them whiskey, and many are available by the bottle to take home from the lounge. Every bottle has its own page under fine spirits; a few from the list:

Rare and allocated liquor

Allocated bourbon, limited Scotch and rare releases reach Yuma in small numbers and do not stay long. Allocated bourbon such as Blanton's Single Barrel, E.H. Taylor Small Batch, Stagg Jr. and Eagle Rare 10 is poured by the glass at our bar, and is sometimes available by the bottle to go, depending on our allocation. Craft cocktails and a 300-bottle bar

Stay for a pour. Our whiskey and craft cocktail bar pours the full spirits menu by the single or double, and the cocktail menu ($12 to $15) runs from espresso cocktails and bourbon classics to mezcal sours, made with house-made organic syrups. There is a wine menu, a beer menu, charcuterie boards, and a pairing menu that matches spirits to cigars.
