Highclere Castle Victorian Robusto
Highclere Castle Victorian Robusto is a 5 x 50 robusto with a high-priming Ecuador Habano wrapper, rolled in Nicaragua and sold by the single from our walk-in humidor at Sun of a Gun Cigars & Spirits, an official J.C. Newman Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge in Yuma, Arizona.
Highclere Castle Cigar Company pairs Foundation Cigar Co. owner Nicholas Melillo, who blends the cigars, with George Carnarvon, the 8th Earl of Carnarvon. The Victorian debuted in June 2019 and shipped that August. Cigar Aficionado reported that its wrapper grows from a different seed than the original Highclere Castle, for a darker, stronger cigar. It comes in five sizes.
- Size: 5 x 50
- Vitola: Robusto
- Wrapper: Ecuador Habano, high priming
- Binder: Brazilian Mata Fina
- Filler: Nicaraguan Corojo and Criollo from Jalapa, Estelí and Ometepe
- Origin: Nicaragua, Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua
- Strength: Medium (Cigar Coop's rating)
- Packaging: Boxes of 20
