Highclere Castle Cigar Company pairs Foundation Cigar Co. owner Nicholas Melillo, who blends the cigars, with George Carnarvon, the 8th Earl of Carnarvon. The Victorian debuted in June 2019 and shipped that August. Cigar Aficionado reported that its wrapper grows from a different seed than the original Highclere Castle, for a darker, stronger cigar. It comes in five sizes.

Cigar Aficionado (December 2020) lists espresso, salted caramel, incense, black pepper, a floral touch and graham cracker. halfwheel found pepper and wood, with sweetness late as it builds to full intensity.
