Can I order tequila by the glass or the bottle? Nearly every tequila here is served as a single or a double and offered by the bottle to go; Fortaleza Reposado is poured by the glass only. Bottles come and go quickly, so call 928-276-3500 before you visit, or check the spirits menu.
Is tequila used in your cocktails? Yes. Our cocktail menu builds Noble Nectar and El Cubano on aged tequila, and we will swap tequila for mezcal in any cocktail. For a cigar alongside, the Pairing Menu points to Diamond Crown or Sencillo Platinum. Every agave bottle we pour also appears in Fine Spirits & Rare Whiskey.
