Siete Leguas Reposado Tequila
Siete Leguas Reposado Tequila rests eight months in American oak barrels. It is made from 100% Blue Weber agave by Tequila Siete Leguas (NOM 1120) in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco, drawing on the house's El Centenario and La Vencedora fábricas.
Double-distilled in copper pot stills, with part of the production crushed by tahona, it comes from a house founded in 1952. Cooked agave, fresh citrus, herbs and florals form the nose; the palate adds toffee, cinnamon and citrus zest to cooked agave and herbal notes. The finish is long and warm, with oak, gentle spice and sweetness.
At Sun of a Gun Cigars & Spirits in Yuma, Arizona, we pour it by the glass as a single or a double, with bottles to go (700 mL). Our shelf changes as bottles are poured and new ones arrive, so call 928-276-3500 to confirm availability, and ask our team for a cigar from the walk-in humidor to pair with it.
