Herradura Ultra Añejo Tequila is a cristalino añejo from Casa Herradura in Amatitán, Jalisco, made from 100% Blue Weber agave. The brand states 12 months of aging, and it is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Before filtering, a subtle hint of agave nectar is added, and the filtration then removes the color to leave a brilliantly clear añejo. First released in 2014, it opens with sweet, smoky agave on the nose, moves to velvety vanilla, toasted nuts, caramel and agave nectar on the palate, and closes ultra-smooth.
