Macallan 18 Year Double Cask Scotch Whisky

Macallan 18 Year Double Cask Scotch Whisky is an annual release from The Macallan in Speyside, a single malt aged 18 years. Every cask in it spent the whole of its maturation, almost two decades, in sherry-seasoned oak, both American and European, with the sherry seasoning carried out in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. It is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).

The color is entirely natural. Rather than a full tasting breakdown, The Macallan points to three signature flavors for this whisky: toffee, sweet ginger and sultanas.
