Stagg Jr. Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, bottled uncut at barrel proof, which varies from batch to batch. Buffalo Trace describes it as aged about eight years in charred white oak barrels.

It belongs to the distillery's George T. Stagg family of barrel-proof bourbons, and because it goes into the bottle without dilution, no two releases share quite the same strength. The palate is rich and sweet, with chocolate and brown sugar set against bold rye spice, and the finish is long, bringing cherries, cloves and a touch of smokiness.
