Whiskey, Scotch and cocktails with charcuterie

Boards are served alongside whiskey flights in Glencairn glasses, poured from more than 170 whiskeys on the spirits menu, from bourbon to single malt Scotch. Cocktail house suggestions from the craft cocktail menu, made with house-made organic syrups:

  • Old Fashioned: Cask & Ember, built on Buffalo Trace bourbon.
  • Whiskey sour: Sour Symphony, Buffalo Trace bourbon and citrus whipped with egg white and finished with bitters.
  • Negroni: Negroni Di Lusso, a bitter aperitivo for cured meats.
  • Espresso martini: The Velvet Voice, espresso and vodka, to close the evening.

More on the bar at our whiskey and cocktail bar in Yuma page.

Charcuterie and a cigar

Choose a cigar from the walk-in humidor of an official J.C. Newman Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge, then order a board to share between draws. Our tobacconists will walk the humidor with you, and the pairing menu matches cigars to cocktails and whiskeys. A mild cigar suits a glass of white or sparkling wine; a full-bodied cigar suits a Cabernet, a bourbon or a port.
