International Cigar Orders Through a U.S. Forwarding Address

Sun of a Gun Cigars & Spirits ships to addresses in the United States, and clients abroad, from Taipei to South Korea, mainland China and Brazil, order through a U.S. package-forwarding address. We are an authorized premium cigar retailer and an official J.C. Newman Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge in Yuma, Arizona, with the allocated cigars collectors abroad find hardest to source: Fuente Fuente Opus X, Padrón Family Reserve and Padrón Black, Liga Privada, God of Fire KKP and Arturo Fuente Rare Pink.

How ordering through a forwarder works

  1. Open a U.S. address with a package forwarder, and confirm with the forwarder that it accepts cigars.
  2. Order on our site and enter the forwarder's U.S. address as the shipping address, with your name or account number as the forwarder asks.
  3. We pack and ship within 1–2 business days. Every order is packed in the humidor with a Boveda humidity pack and ships signature required; your forwarder signs on receipt.
  4. Your forwarder sends it on to you, on its own rates and schedule.

Before you order

  • Check that your forwarder accepts cigars, and check your country's rules for bringing cigars in.
  • Ask the forwarder to keep the Boveda pack and the original box in place if it consolidates or repacks your parcels.
  • Order allocated releases together: shipping to your forwarder is $9.99 flat, and free on orders of $125 or more.
  • Prices on our site are in U.S. dollars.

What clients abroad order most

Hear first when allocations land

Allocated cigars sell through quickly. Members of The Humidor Society see new allocations first, Collectors 24 hours ahead and Connoisseurs 12 hours ahead, and Rare Cigars In Stock Now updates itself as cigars land. Email sales@sunofaguncigars.com or call +1 928-276-3500, and a tobacconist can walk you through the humidor on FaceTime.

Choosing a forwarder for cigars

  • Confirm in writing that the forwarder accepts tobacco, before you order.
  • Ask whether it consolidates or repacks parcels, and ask it to keep the Boveda pack and the original box in place.
  • Ask how long it stores parcels and whether its warehouse is climate controlled; cigars keep better out of heat.
  • Choose a tracked service for the international leg, and keep our order confirmation email with your records.

Authenticity, for buyers who cannot visit

Buying from abroad, you cannot inspect a box in person, so the source matters. Fuente Aged Selection lists Sun of a Gun on its Authorized Retailers page, Padrón's retailer search lists us, and Drew Estate lists us as a Drew Diplomat Retailer. Every cigar is purchased through authorized distribution, boxes ship sealed as they arrive from the manufacturer, and the Padrón 1964 Anniversary, 1926 Serie, Family Reserve and Padrón Black each carry an individually numbered band. Before you order, a tobacconist can show you the exact cigars on a FaceTime call.
