Deadwood Crazy Alice

Crazy Alice is the Vixen Drew Estate calls "the craziest of the bunch." It wears a Maduro wrapper over a binder and filler Drew Estate lists as undisclosed, and the maker describes "a wild ride" of chocolate, dark roast coffee, earth and dried fruit, medium to full in body. Drew Estate's 2016 announcement described the first Deadwood blends it took national as Maduro cigars blended with aromatic and exotic tobaccos. Drew Estate makes Deadwood at La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate in Estelí, Nicaragua.

About Deadwood Crazy Alice

Deadwood began as shop-exclusive cigars for Deadwood Tobacco, a retailer in Deadwood, South Dakota, and in 2016 the shop's owner, Vaughn Boyd, said Crazy Alice "showed up in 2014." In July 2016 Drew Estate announced it would take her national with Sweet Jane and Fat Bottom Betty, then as a 4½ x 46 in boxes of 10. Drew Estate lists Crazy Alice today as a 4 x 38-52; we could not find when the size changed. In spring 2026 Drew Estate added Crazy Alice C-Notes, 3¾ x 22 cigarillos with a Maduro wrapper, an Indonesian binder per Drew Estate's announcement and undisclosed fillers, which Drew Estate said would ship in late April, in 100-count boxes.

What to pour with Crazy Alice

Drew Estate suggests a chai tea latte or a spiced rum. From our bar: our lounge pairing menu sets Deadwood beside rum, so try one of our aged rums, or a sherry-cask Scotch such as the Macallan 12 Year Sherry Oak with the dark Maduro wrapper. More in the flavored and infused cigar guide.
