The Order — Terms of Membership

The Order is the lounge membership of Sun of a Gun Cigars & Spirits, 1651 South Arizona Avenue, Yuma, Arizona. These terms apply to every tier: Knight, Noble and Sovereign.

• Membership in The Order is personal to the member and is not transferable. Members must be 21 or older.
• Dues, plus applicable tax, are billed monthly on the date membership began to the card on file. Membership may be cancelled at any time, in person at the lounge or by email to sales@sunofaguncigars.com, and continues to the end of the paid month.
• Founding dues are held while membership remains active. Members who leave and later return rejoin at current dues.
• Members receive their tier's House Dollars when membership begins and on that date each month, and earn rewards at their tier's rate on cigars and accessories purchased in the lounge. House Dollars are recorded as rewards points (25 points = $1), are redeemed at the register in $10, $25, $50 or $100 amounts, have no cash value, and do not expire.
• Member pricing at the bar applies to purchases made in the lounge, including during happy hour. It does not combine with other offers or event pricing; the more favorable price applies. Allocated and rare pours are not discounted.
• Allocated, limited and rare releases, and items so marked, do not earn member bonus points.
• Cellar price, 25% off for Noble and Sovereign members, applies to bottles of wine opened in the lounge. The Sovereign's Bottle is one Staff Pick bottle of wine per calendar month, enjoyed in the lounge or taken home.
• The Sovereign anniversary gift is presented on each anniversary of Sovereign membership, beginning after the first full year.
• Service at the bar follows Arizona law and our standards of responsible service.
• The house may revise benefits with 30 days' notice to members.
