What to pour with The Edge
Rocky Patel publishes no pairing, so these are house suggestions from our guides. Our bourbon guide says bourbons with more rye stand up to fuller, peppery cigars, which suits the Corojo and the Habano; try a rye or a high-rye bourbon. Wheated bourbons sit well with maduro wrappers, and our pairing guide sets a dark maduro beside an aged rum or a sherry-cask Scotch. For the milder Connecticut, a smooth Irish whiskey. More in the bourbon and cigar pairing guide.
