The El Septimo Aqua Anu is a 6 by 50 toro from the Gilgamesh Collection, a series built to deliver epic flavor in slimmer ring gauges. A dark maduro wrapper covers a Dominican binder and a three-leaf filler from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Ecuador. Mild in strength, it opens on bread crust, moves into a leathery core with brown-sugar creaminess, and finishes on toasted cashew, light cream and cocoa.
Plush and velvety, it is a complex cigar that never overpowers, as good for quiet contemplation as for company. At Sun of a Gun it pairs with a wheated bourbon, an aged rum or a cappuccino. Offered by the single, the five-pack or the box of 20.
