Cohiba Connecticut Robusto measures 5 1/2 by 50 and wears an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper, grown under natural cloud cover in the Los Rios province, over a Mexican San Andrés binder and a filler of Brazilian Mata Fina, Dominican Olor and Piloto Cubano and Nicaraguan Jalapa. Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic, it is medium in body and mellow, with cream, nuts and toast and a subtle spicy finish.
The white-banded Connecticut is the morning Cohiba, and the first one we hand to a guest who wants sophistication without weight. It pairs with a coffee, a light bourbon or a dark brown ale from the Sun of a Gun bar. Offered by the single, the five-pack or the box of 20.
