1800 Milenio Añejo Tequila
1800 Milenio Añejo Tequila is a long-aged tequila made from 100% Weber blue agave. It matures in new American oak barrels, then continues aging in French oak barrels that once held Cognac, and is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
After that long aging, a selection is drawn from the batch for bottling, and the brand describes its color as a dark amber gold. Oak, vanilla, almond and cinnamon form the nose. The palate brings vanilla, red fruit and cinnamon, and the finish closes on mint-chocolate.
At Sun of a Gun Cigars & Spirits in Yuma, Arizona, we pour it by the glass as a single or a double, with bottles to go (750 mL). Our shelf changes as bottles are poured and new ones arrive, so call 928-276-3500 to confirm availability, and ask our team for a cigar from the walk-in humidor to pair with it.
