Baileys Original Irish Cream was first crafted in Dublin in 1974. It is made with Irish whiskey, fresh dairy cream, cocoa and vanilla, and is bottled at 17% ABV (34 proof).

The cream begins with fresh Irish milk, about 200 million liters of it each year.

Chocolate, vanilla and a soft note of Irish whiskey rise on the nose. The palate is silky with fresh cream and warming whiskey, and the finish is creamy and chocolaty.
