Bombay Sapphire Gin

Bombay Sapphire Gin is a London Dry Gin distilled at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England, and bottled in the US at 47% ABV (94 proof).

Its ten botanicals are vapor infused, suspended in perforated copper baskets above the spirit during distillation. Among them, the producer names cubeb berries from Java and grains of paradise from West Africa. Distillation runs on the original 1830s Carterhead stills, Tom and Mary, alongside two 12,000-liter copper pot stills, Henry and Victoria.

In the glass, the gin is fresh, clean and bright, smooth yet complex.
