Bushmills 16 Year Irish Whiskey is a single malt from the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). It ages for about 15 years in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then finishes for about nine months in port wine pipes.

Bushmills triple distills 100% malted barley in copper pot stills and dates its license to 1608. Dried citrus, toffee and caramel open the nose. The full-bodied palate unfolds in layers of fig, honeyed vanilla and toasty oak, with orange marmalade and milk chocolate on a rich finish.
