Bushmills 21 Year Irish Whiskey

Bushmills 21 Year Irish Whiskey is a single malt from the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). It ages for at least 19 years in former Oloroso sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then is married and transferred into Madeira casks for a further two years.

Bushmills triple distills 100% malted barley in copper pot stills and dates its license to 1608. The nose is fresh and aromatic, with caramel and citrus. Rich caramel, honey and warm baking spice open onto dried apricot, fig, toffee and toasted oak, and the finish is clean yet generously long, with raisins and vanilla.
