Bushmills 25 Year Irish Whiskey is a single malt from the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, bottled at 46% ABV. After initial maturation in bourbon barrels and sherry butts, it is finished for 21 years in a first-fill ruby port pipe, hand-crafted from European oak.

Bushmills triple distills 100% malted barley in copper pot stills and dates its license to 1608. The nose offers fruit, honey and toasted wood; caramelized cherries, plums and dark chocolate follow on the palate, with warm oak, port sweetness and gentle spice on the finish.
