Caposaldo Sparkling Peach is a sweet Italian sparkling wine with natural peach flavor from Caposaldo. The grapes are grown on cool hilltops in northern Italy's Lombardy region, from 20-year-old Guyot-trained vines on white marl and chalky soils. They are handpicked and pressed, and natural peach aromas are then added. The wine gets its sparkle from a natural second fermentation, and Kobrand, the brand's owner, notes it has about half the alcohol of most white wines.

Caposaldo describes the wine as soft and elegant with lively bubbles, with intense aromas and flavors of freshly picked peaches, honeysuckle and citrus.
